I had neglected my teeth for years and was in need of care. At the time I was working out of a midtown Manhattan office. Something told me to give it a try so I went in and made an appointment and as they say, the rest is history. Dr. Kasarsky and his team are the best in the business. I used to put off going to the dentist for two years at a time because I've always hated the experience until I went for a cleaning at Dr.Kasarsky's office. Now I'm going 4 times a year for a cleaning. Last Sunday, I unfortunately chipped my tooth late at night, and in a panic, I reached out to Dr. Kasarsky around 11 pm. Within minutes, he responded to me and set up an appointment for the following day. 24 hours after chipping my tooth, I was all back to normal. Dr. Kasarsky said my bite was mis-aligned and he suspected that was contributing to, if not causing, my migraines. No doctor and no other dentist in 20+ years had taken the time to assess my bite and jaw line, never mind consider the potential consequences. One visit later to Dr. Kasarsky and my bite was re-aligned and I have not had a migraine in nine months - hallelujah!! With the bite realigned Dr. Kasarsky proceeded to fix the old root canals, old fillings and broken front teeth and on each visit my comfort was first and foremost - they never rushed me, everything was at my pace, at all times they made sure I was pain free, always informed, in-budget, and they even made sure to have tennis on the tv for me! From requesting an appointment to answering a question in the office - responsive does not begin to capture the experience. Laurie and Michelle are lovely, pleasant, efficient and responsive, and above all engaged - they remember what you say, they consider the impacts and they have answers before you even ask the question; and their willingness to make themselves available outside office hours is unheard of. Karen is quick and witty and so professional - judgment is a huge concern at the dentist office but judgment is not a word in her vocabulary and it's not an element of her mindset. And even though it was completely unnecessary, her repeated apologies were very sweet! Dr. K is unlike any dentist I've ever met. He's the hero that would break down a door if he knew the guy on the other side was using only a pliers (no anesthetic) to pull a tooth using his foot on the chair as leverage. I think he has a super hero costume under his coat ;) He informs and educates as he goes, no question is off limits and nothing happens without you first giving approval. His focus on health first, aesthetics second is refreshing; and, the fact that he makes you feel like you are the only patient and he has all day to work with you (despite patients flying in from around the world to work with him) is much appreciated. I was tired of 58 years of "British Teeth" which, while presentable, were a little uneven, a bit discolored and couldn't be improved with whitening solutions. I am among the most dentist-phobic people on earth, but it was a reviewer who said he flew from Los Angeles to see Dr. Kasarsky that led me to finally take the plunge and sign up for "American Teeth" - the ones you see on TV anchors. Dr. K is very experienced in this area (and I found out later has worked on TV people). From the very first visit I knew that he was going to do great work. He is friendly and approachable and deeply expert as a cosmetic dentist. He told me what would work and what wouldn't. It all took 3 visits and he fitted 8 veneers on my top teeth (which are the ones you see when I smile). Outstanding experience. I look younger - hey I could be on TV now!. I feel much more confident. This is an investment, look better and you get paid more - for longer. You can always find someone who will do this "for less" - I can only say that kind of thinking makes no sense to me. I have been going to him for years, and almost even look forward to visits! The office works hard to accommodate my schedule, calling to offer alternatives and always calling to remind me or confirm an appointment. He gives great advice on dental care. I was lucky to be referred to Dr. K by my boss and I while I'm definitely no celeb, I was warmly greeted and treated like family. I went in for teeth whitening, but they discovered some nerve issues in my molar that I just assumed I would have to live with. Dr. K apparently has the most advanced lasers and was thus able to treat my issue in just 1 session. And no pain! I now have a great white smile just in time for the summer and a pain free mouth. Would recommend to anyone! More

He has done extensive work on my teeth i.e. veneers, crowns, root canals, cavities, whitening etc. His attention to detail is incredible, and he has a fantastic sense for aesthetics. He looks at the immediate needs of the patient, but never loses sight of the big picture. There is no doubt in my mind, that you are getting the latest and best dental care with him.
